The Atlanta Braves
The businesses and assets attributed to the Braves Group consist of Liberty Media’s subsidiary Braves Holdings, LLC, which indirectly owns the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball club, minor league clubs and associated real estate projects.
The Series A and Series C Liberty Braves common stock trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock symbols BATRA and BATRK, respectively. The Series B Liberty Braves common stock is quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol BATRB.
The Atlanta Braves
The Braves is a Major League Baseball team based in Atlanta, Georgia. The team is the only existing major league franchise to have played every season since professional baseball came into existence. Most recently, the Braves won the 2021 World Series for the first time since 1995. Since 1991, Braves teams have earned two National League wild cards, 19 division championships, five National League pennants, and 2 World Series titles .
The Battery Atlanta
Braves Holdings, through affiliated entities and third party development partners, has developed a significant portion of the land around Truist Park for a mixed-use complex that features retail, residential, office, hotel and entertainment opportunities, known as The Battery Atlanta.
